「Urut」は、ヘルシンキ在学中に訪れた教会の記憶からインスピレーションを受けてデザインされたロウソク立てです。
フィンランド語で「オルガン」を意味するこの作品は、ロウソク立てとそれを収納する細長いケースで構成されており、ケースの表面に映り込む炎の揺らぎや細長いパイプを伝う煙がゆっくりと上昇する様子は、空間に静寂と調和を生み、深い安らぎと静かなひとときを提供します。
“Urut” is a candle holder inspired by the memory of a church the designer visited while studying in Helsinki. Named after the Finnish word for “organ,” the piece consists of a candle holder and a slender storage case. The reflection of the flickering flame on the case’s surface, along with the gentle ascent of smoke through its tall, pipe-like form, brings a sense of stillness and harmony into the space, offering a moment of deep comfort and quiet contemplation.
