cheren-bel（陶芸家、吉田直嗣と線画家、吉田薫による共作）

cheren-bel（チェレンベル）とは、黒と白。
富士山麓の火山礫スコリヤと、そこに降り積もる雪よりインスピレーションを受けた作品群です。白と黒のもつミニマルなイメージの狭間で、圧縮されてゆく手前の日常に佇むものを拾い上げていきます。

potter ／ Naotsugu Yoshida　吉田　直嗣
東京造形大学卒業後、陶芸家黒田泰蔵氏に師事。
2003年富士山麓にて独立。白と黒の器を中心に制作している。

drawer ／ Kaoru Yoshida　吉田　薫
多摩美術大学グラフィックデザイン科卒業。挿絵、うつわなどへのドローイング提供。
cheren-bel ではうつわのデザインと、ドローイングによる絵付けを担当している。


cheren-bel
A collaboration between Naotsugu Yoshida, a ceramic artist, and Kaoru Yoshida, a line drawing artist.

Cheren-bel is black and white.
Inspired by the volcanic scoria at the foot of Mt. In between the minimalistic images of black and white, I pick up things that stand in our daily lives before they are compressed.

Naotsugu Yoshida, potter
After graduating from Tokyo Zokei University, Yoshida studied under ceramic artist Taizo Kuroda.
In 2003, he set up his own studio at the foot of Mt. He mainly produces black and white vessels.

Kaoru Yoshida, drawer
Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Graphic Design. She provides drawings for illustrations and vessels.
At cheren-bel, she is in charge of designing vessels and painting with drawings.
